Eastern part of Shizuoka Prefecture Convention Bureau, issued an unique venue PR guide booklet in English recently. In addition to the outline of the facility, it covered necessary information when events are held such as the types of the corresponding events, fees, occupancy, food & beverages and equipment. It will likely to be a powerful tool to appeal overseas MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Convention, Exhibition) planners.

In the guide booklet, it introduced six unique venues such as cycle sports center “Izu Velodrome”,circuit “Fuji International Speedway” and Numazu Goyotei and 6 excursions plus Plaza Verde as a one-stop MICE facility.

May 29, of the NPO Universal Association sponsored an event called the “Diversity Talk Event 2014” held in Tanseisha, in addition to the industry related displays 60 people participated from a broad range of industries such as manufacturing.

The event was planned to consider recent diversification in human communication and human resources within the organization and their advancement.
