According to the announcement, the direct effect of events held at Pacifico Yokohama in the fiscal year 2012 was 94 billion yen, the economic ripple effect was 207 billion yen, and the economic ripple effect in Yokohama City was 87 billion yen, surpassing the level of the 2007 study conducted before the Lehman shock.
