Two organizations of the convention industry, Japan PCO Association (JAPCO) and Nippon Convention business Association (CPA) is merged on April 1. The nation’s largest convention organization “Nippon Convention Association (JCMA)” was launched.
The new association both plans cooperation with educational institutions and finds and educates human resources of next generation in convention industry to increase the additional expertise of the operators. Also, it will be contributed to the strengthening of MICE international competitiveness by thickening the personnel layer in the same field.
Their slogan is When persons gather, they move the world”, and they will act as an expert group to expand the impressive experience around the world.
