Unipulse Corporation is a sensor and electronic device manufacturer that specializes in stress measurement. The company utilized Automotive Engineering Exposition to demonstrate its “Moon Lifter” electric balancer. While most lifters are remote-controlled, the Moon Lifter is both a sensor and a motor all-in-one, constantly detecting weight and position and automatically adjusting when moved.
International Sales Consultant Juyal Tara Chandra explained that the Moon Lifter is the only technology of its kind in the world. He added that the easy maneuvering of the lifter significantly reduces physical stress for laborers. This is especially helpful for the Japanese workforce, which has been experiencing a lack of manpower due to the country’s aging population. However, Chandra continued, though Unipulse’s other products have already gained popularity among industry professionals, the Moon Lifter is still relatively unknown, so the company is currently exhibiting at three trade fairs a month in order to promote it.
