Nakanishi Seisakusho is exhibiting a new design for its conveyor-style deep fryers. Most industrial fryers only fry food from the vat below and require the contents to be rotated in order during cooking. Nakanishi has solved this issue by implementing a mechanism that simultaneously rains oil down from above to evenly fry all sides in record time. During a live demonstration at the company’s booth, the spokesperson added that Nakanishi’s fryers also contain automatic scum removal systems, use less oil than conventional fryers, and reduce black smoke, which facilitates the cleaning process. In addition, the manufacturer has found much success through its automatic rice cooking systems, continuous rice washers, and various food slicers.
