Customers were invited to rate their experience of the service they received.<\/p>\n<p>87 per cent of customers rated the overall quality of service as \u2018good\u2019 or \u2018very good\u2019 and 54 per cent said they would rank this service as \u2018better\u2019 or \u2018much better\u2019 than that of other suppliers. 91 per cent said they would be \u2018happy\u2019 or \u2018very happy\u2019 to use Joe Manby Limited in the future.<\/p>\n<p>Exhibitors were also invited to include comments on the survey. Comments included: \u201cIf only our other exhibitions were managed by you.
