The Restaurant Show returns to Earls Court 2 on 7-9 October 2013.\u00a0 Celebrating its 25th anniversary, the respected trade show promises to deliver an event to remember, as 25 years of experience, features and personalities evolve into one simply unmissable extravaganza.<\/p>\n

Suppliers to the industry will have the unique opportunity to showcase their products and services to the 11,000-strong professional and influential audience, while visitors hungry for ideas and inspiration can explore the offerings from over 325 exhibiting suppliers, and immerse themselves in an action-packed live events programme.<\/p>\n

<\/b>The Centre Stage<\/b>\u00a0will play host to leading chefs and industry experts sharing their talents and expertise and showcasing their skills throughout an intense schedule of workshops, demonstrations and panel debates that are sure to inspire.\u00a0 Visitors to this year\u2019s Restaurant Show will have the rare opportunity to see a live interview with Joan Roca, Head Chef of Spain\u2019s renowned El Celler de Can Roca \u2013 voted the World\u2019s Best Restaurant\u00a0 \u2013 will be answering questions posed by William Drew, editor of Restaurant magazine.<\/p>\n

The impressive line-up of confirmed chefs includes Joan Roca, Jason Atherton, Mark<\/p>\n

Sargeant, Angela Hartnett, Gizzie Erskine, James \u2018Jocky\u2019 Petrie, Will Torrent, Carl Clarke, Steve Perle and Francesco Mazzei\u00a0 \u2013 to name just a few.<\/p>\n

The Restaurant Show\u00a0<\/b>will once again be buzzing as it hosts some of the industry\u2019s leading competitions, including National Chef of the Year, Compass Group Chef of the Year culinary competition, Event Caterers Awards and new to The Restaurant Show – the UK Pastry Open, giving an amazing opportunity for pastry chefs to create intricate chocolate and sugar showpieces, plated desserts and entremets all at an extremely high level.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
