Hickinbotham joins GES after considerable experience as the sales director of Sovereign Exhibitions and has worked with brands such as L\u2019Oreal and Peugeot.<\/p>\n<p>Mark Eddy, GES EMEA sales director, commented, \u201cOur design and build business has seen considerable growth over the last five years. Andrew&#8217;s appointment will provide additional leadership to continue to drive it forward and to begin the next stage in the development of the EMEA commercial team in this important sector.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>As part of the design and build team development, Rick Hill moves from his role as key account manager to account director in an increasingly proactive and responsive account management strategy, and to strengthen the company&#8217;s internal processes with existing clients.
