Brussels-based easyFairs will be the first trade show organiser to roll out N200\u2019s new Visit Connect and Visit Intelligence software across its business. Visit Connect helps exhibitors to manage lead generation while Visit Intelligence provides organisers like easyFairs with valuable insights that will help them to increase their value proposition.<\/p>\n

Visit Connect enables exhibitors to scan a QR code with their mobile or tablet on visitor badges onsite to get contact details and other information in the N200 visitor registration system. This effectively automates lead generation at trade shows \u2013 no need to write down details or transcribe information from business cards. easyFairs will provide the software free to exhibitors at its Autumn 2013 and Spring 2014 shows, after which it will be part of the company\u2019s Online365 packages.<\/p>\n

The Visit Intelligence dashboard uses this data to provide real-time answers to questions such as which exhibitors are most successful and why, the popularity of feature areas, the relative footfall in different exhibition halls and which visitor job functions and industries drive most leads. With this information, organisers are much better placed to deliver an exceptional experience to visitors and to prove the value of events to different categories of exhibitor.<\/p>\n

Visit Connect will add significantly to exhibitors\u2019 return on investment at our shows,\u201d commented Jean-Fran\u00e7ois Quentin, CEO, easyFairs Group. \u201cWe are pleased that N200 accelerated product development to meet our schedule,\u201d he added. easyFairs will organise approximately 80 events in its 2013-14 financial year.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe developed Visit Connect to provide exhibitors with exceptional prospect insight and sales lead management tools. Productive exhibitors are loyal exhibitors so we are confident that this tool will add to the success of easyFairs trade shows,\u201d said Bart van Bijnen, CEO, N200.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are also confident that Visit Intelligence will help easyFairs to prove the value proposition of its shows to stakeholders, support its onsite bookings and further improve its visitor marketing campaigns,\u201d added van Bijnen.<\/p>\n

\u201cVisit Connect will provide valuable insights into visitor behaviour and preferences,\u201d said Quentin.<\/p>\n

For shows going on sale for 2014-15 Visit Connect will be part of easyFairs\u2019 commercial offer. Exhibitors who buy the standard Online365 Pack will get one Visit Connect activation. Exhibitors buying Online365 Plus or Online365 Premium will receive three or five activations respectively. Additional single activations will also be available for purchase in advance or onsite.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
